How long does shipping take?+
Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping. Custom print orders may take an additional 1-2 business days for production.
What is your return policy?+
We offer easy 30-day returns on unworn apparel with tags attached. Custom prints are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless there's a quality issue — in which case we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders under $75 have a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
How do custom prints work?+
Choose your product (apparel, business cards, stickers, or flyers), select your options, and upload your artwork at checkout. Our team reviews every file for quality before production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I track my order?+
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
What materials do you use?+
Our apparel is crafted from premium cotton-modal blends — pre-shrunk, breathable, and built to last. Custom prints use professional-grade stock with vivid, durable finishes.
How do I care for my apparel?+
Machine wash cold, hang to dry, and avoid bleach. If you need to iron, turn the garment inside-out. These steps keep your prints looking fresh for years.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
We move fast! Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once production starts, modifications aren't possible.
