Delicate Prints Co. is a small shop run by one person. This page describes what this site collects and why, in plain words.
Orders.
When you place an order we store what you told us: your items, email, name, shipping address, and any note you add. We use it to make and ship your order and to answer questions about it.
Custom briefs and artwork.
A brief stores your contact details, the project details you enter, and the files you upload. We keep them to quote, proof and print your order, and we delete them if you ask.
Payments.
When online payment is available, card and PayPal payments happen on Stripe's or PayPal's own secure pages. Your card details never touch this site and are never stored here.
Messages and the newsletter.
If you write to us or subscribe, we keep your message or email address to reply and to send the newsletter. You can stop the newsletter anytime at delicateprints.com/unsubscribe, or just reply and ask.
Accounts.
An account stores your name, email and a securely hashed password, plus the shipping details from your last order so checkout can fill them in for you. Your order history shows the orders you placed while signed in and any earlier ones you add with their reference.
Email.
Automatic emails, such as order confirmations and shipping notices, are sent from our own web server. A copy of each order, message and brief goes to the shop's inbox, which is a Google Gmail account. When you reply to one of our emails, your reply goes there too.
Cloudflare.
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which sees basic connection details such as your IP address to do that. Cloudflare also runs a cookieless analytics beacon that counts page views without identifying you.
Spam protection.
Messages and briefs keep the IP address and browser type they were sent from, and the site briefly counts requests per IP address, so we can stop spam and abuse.
On your device.
The site remembers small conveniences in your browser: your cart, and whether you turned ambient sound on. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Sharing.
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the shop: the payment provider you choose at checkout, the carrier that delivers your order, and the services named above.
